Looking for a roommate for my very active senior mom, she is completely independent and needs no assistance, please do not ask for reduced rent rate.
For rent a private bathroom in a single level apartment, active, safe, secure, with many activities and amenities in the community including pool, gym, classes, cards, billiards, bingo, trails.
Must pass credit check with community. 6 months minimum stay.
