I am renting my room for a short duration (from th December to th March).

The room comes furnished with a queen sized bed, coat hanging rack, double doored wardrobe, bed side table, a multi drawer, and ample space.

The apartment is located in the heart of Petersham and near to the convenience stores, butcher shops, restaurants, pubs, cafés, and bars.

Also, the apartment is 2 mins walking distance from bus stop, and mins walking distance from the train station.

The quoted rent comes with all the bills included, along with high speed internet.
Females are preferred.
