Hi!! I’m looking for a subletter for my cozy little house in the Macalester Groveland area in Saint Paul. The dates are very flexible, so really whatever works for you, but the lease ends May . The house is just off Summit Avenue in a very cute neighborhood. The house is a cozy bath with a parking garage and in unit laundry. Two female roommates also live there, and you would be taking a decently sized bedroom on the first floor. All appliances are in good shape and the landlord is very responsive and kind.
