Looking for a subletter for a room on the third floor of a 6-bedroom house from January to May (and summer if you’re interested). Dates are very flexible and could even move in mid-December if needed. It’s located on Irving St, just one block from Locust Walk.
Rent for the room is $950 (typically is $1,066 but we will be covering the difference and would be willing to negotiate further). The house has a washer and dryer in the basement, along with additional storage space. The house features 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, plus a spacious kitchen (with utensils and kitchen supplies you’re welcome to use). There’s also a large living room and dining room.
