Hello!

I am seeking a roommate for my bath apartment on the 7th floor of th St, in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa. The building is pet friendly and offers a number amenities.

I've lived here for a few months, and I truly have no complaints. The building is quiet, despite being pet friendly and close to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. (3 min walk from Russian River brewing). It is also only a few years old, and housekeeping does a nice job of keeping common areas clean.

Your room would have a walk-in closet and small balcony, and the second bathroom would be entirely yours. I currently have some furniture in the living room and dining area, but your room would be yours to furnish. There is also plenty of room for some additional furniture in the living room, and I'm open to rearranging things as needed.

About me: I have a 6 year old cat who is extremely friendly and social. I work 5 days a week in the office, so he could really use a buddy. Priority will be given to anyone who works from home, would be home often, or has a pet to keep my cat company!

I am a therapist finishing my doctoral degree in clinical psychology. I work part-time in a college counseling center and part-time at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. I've had lots of roommates in the past, and I am relatively flexible and open-minded when it comes to lifestyle preferences. With that said, I think the best fit would be someone in their mid s who is either in graduate school or currently working, and who is willing to keep shared spaces reasonably clean.

The room is available immediately, and the lease ends in August. Your portion of the rent would be $, all-inclusive.
