Looking for a private room in a shared apartment or available studio!(female only)
Hi! I will be new to LA and currently looking for a place in the Carson area(csudh), or close to it. I'm looking to move in the end of this month! I'm and work as a forwarding operator. I’m flexible on price but aiming to keep it around k. I work a lot so don't spend a lot of time at home but love to go out and be social, so would love some fun roommates to explore the city with:) I completely understand the need for long-term tenants, but I’m currently in a very urgent situation. I’ll be arriving in the U.S. this Friday and need a place to stay for just one month. I can provide proof of my bank balance, such as the document I submitted to the U.S. embassy, if that helps build trust.

I’m a full-time professional, working from Monday to Friday, and I always keep my living space clean and tidy. I would be incredibly grateful if you could make an exception for me. I promise to be a respectful and responsible tenant during my stay.
