Washer and dryer in unit. Pet friendly with on dog park. Parking included with lease as well as visitors parking. The current lease ends at the end of March with the option to renew. The current rate is $/month, which is less than what the other units are going for as the company just increased rates so you would be benefiting from the older rate.
