When: March -August (move in date flexible)

I am looking for someone to take over my 1 BR lease at Skymark Reston, so I can hike the Appalachian trail next year. They don't currently offer short term leases so this is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to test out this new complex or just needs a short term spring/summer apartment. I paid the annual amenity fee (non-refundable). I also paid the security deposit which would get transferred and reimbursed to the person taking over at the end of the lease term. You have the option to renew the lease for a full year if you like it.

The lease would get turned over to you so you would sign the lease takeover and work directly with the apartment complex.
This place is right by the WO&D, walking distance to the silver line metro station, and walking distance to Reston Town Center.
