I currently have 2 rooms for rent. They will be available at the end of the month because my 2 current roommates are leaving.

The rooms are single rooms (unfurnished). There is a shared bathroom which has a bath/shower combo. The living room has a privacy curtain up and is being converted into a photo studio and gym which is common area. The dinning room is storage for now, but will eventually become office space, which will also be common space. The kitchen is common space. Each person will have a shelf in the fridge and a shelf in the pantry. I can clear out a cupboard for one person and I have a portable cupboard for another. The freezer is shared space.

No smoking in or around the apartment (individuals can smoke by the street), no pets, no heavy drinking, no hard drugs, no loud noise. They can have visitor, but I ask not a constant flow of guests. No parties as well. I work 2 full time jobs and I am looking for a 3rd. I ask for help keeping the apartment clean as I have been the only one doing so at the moment.

Rent is due no later than the 3rd of each month. Utilities are due the middle of each month (I will message them once I have the amount, as the prices change due to the electricity) .

I am also looking for at least one person to be on the roommate agreement. If they are on the roommate agreement with the apartment they qualify for a parking space, if not they have to park on the street.
