Hello everyone! My name is Tj Gochenour, and I am currently looking for a roomate to take over half of a shared lease (lease is for half of the apartment not just your bedroom). The apartment is a townhome above a flat in a small complex. It is a and half bath apartment, and your bedroom has a connected private bathroom. The landlord is only in charge of this apartment, so we have their full attention when it comes to any communication, maintencnace, or other issues. Rent is currently $ for your half. The complex is located on Riverbend Parkway. This is very close to campus, east side, and loop access. The complex is geared towards young professionals and small families, so it is very quiet. The apartment is a pet and smoking free zone as requested by the landlord.

I am years old, and I work in Jefferson. I am out of the apartment from around pm on weekdays. There are some rare instances when I work at home and have to be on the phone. When I am not at work, I typically spend my nights unwinding by watching some tv or playing vidoegames. I am looking for someone who is similar in age and more laid back. Must be LGBT friendly.
