Looking for a room near Wanneroo WA

Description

I am looking to rent a room for my partner and I. We have work in Wanneroo and wish to be close by.
We are both respectful, chilled, friendly people. We spend most our time outdoors either working or adventuring, we are avid gym goers and prefer to get up early morning.
I am a personal trainer, coach and swimming instructor as well as an environmental officer back in the UK.
My partner is a Dental nurse and eyelash technician.
We enjoy to spend our evenings on the beach, cooking, casual drinks and going for nice meals.
