not inside smoker. guys/girls couples. Queen size bed desk , chair and wardrobe .

We have some basic but important rules we would like to keep it:
- No smoking inside
- Not leaving unwashed dishes
- Noise management. Not loud music or phone calls for long period of time in common spaces
- Cleaning bath tub and kitchen sink after use
