Hi! I’d like to share a little about us first! We are a married lesbian couple We have dogs and cats that are our babies, so if you don’t love animals then our home unfortunately probably isn’t for you. We are looking for a roomate to add to our home located in Avalon in Carolina Forest. The listing price for the room includes all utilities, as well as access to the amenities provided by our HOA. It is a very lovely home and pretty nicely secluded. The bedroom itself is not furnished, but all common areas are which we will of course allow access to. This includes living room, downstairs bathroom, laundry area, dining area, kitchen, yard, and patio You will also have direct access to a mostly private bathroom.
