Couple looking for a roommate

Hello! My name is EJ, and my partner, Connor and I are looking for a new roommate as ours moved out to go live with their new partner. We are , chill, fairly quiet people. We do board game and movie nights every few weeks with friends but they’re usually not more than like ten people (if that bc adult schedules ) and none of our friends are really drinkers or smokers. We have birds, so unfortunately we cannot have any more pets and there are some restrictions on some small things for the birds safety. We try to keep the house decently clean and we both kinda just do our own thing in separate rooms or like to hangout and watch movies with whoever we live with in the living room. It’s very much a “if you need space, no worries, if you wanna hangout, also cool” type situation. I will say we are polyamorous so occasionally we will have dates over but again, nothing too crazy and we always communicate when someone will be in the house. We are very calm and patient and believe wholeheartedly in honesty and communication and expect our roommate to be mostly the same. We’ve been burned by roommates before so I appreciate your patience in advance as we try to find a good match for our house. Our maintenance team here is incredible and they’re always on their game. The room is very large, and we are on the basement level but it has a big window and closet. Complex is pretty quiet and we hardly ever have any issues. We have our own washer and dryer in the apartment, and there are two bathrooms, though one is in the master bedroom we are in and that’s typically the one we use, so it’s kinda separate.
