Fully furnished room w/ shared bath

I have a furnished room [REDACTED] is about 3 miles from West Belfort Park and ride and miles from the Medical Center (via HWY ).
It is also close to Sugar land Town Center/groceries/gyms. There is internet access in the house.
You are welcome to use the kitchen. You will have your own room fully furnished with a bed, TV, night stand, table and chair.
The room also has a walk-in closet and the Shared bathroom is just outside the bedroom. Shared bath is with my college age son (goes to UH Pharmacy college). I will maintain the cleanliness of the shared bath.
We also have washer and dryer in the house for you to do laundry.
Can you tell me a little more about yourself, where are you from or working at, etc?
