The Apartment:
The second floor bedroom is available with a bathroom in this large apartment in Baltimore, MD. The room has 2 massive closets, 4 windows over 6ft, central AC/heating, dishwasher, cable/Internet, etc. There is a parking spot available for you. It is dog-friendly. Utilities -BGE, water, trash, Wi-Fi internet, and parking are all included in rent! The room will be partly furnished if you need it to be.
The Location:
The house is located at Saint Paul Street and right in the heart of the Art District with food, drinks, theaters, and more. We have all the amenities of living in a city without having to worry about parking. Plenty of farmer’s markets, parks, and cute shops in the area as well. The ramp is just 2 minutes away and 7 minutes to
the Inner Harbor! We are also located less than a block from the JHU shuttles and 5 different bus routes, including the free purple route!
The Roommates:
2 women. We are into yoga, arts and crafts, reading, board games, relaxing, and hanging out with our dog- Lola. We enjoy Dungeons and Dragons and the occasional dinner party.
You:
Looking for: a respectful, social, kind, female/queer/non-binary roommate who is responsible with rent and bills (we split everything each for common supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc., but are open to options if you have something in mind.) Perfect for a working, young professional or grad student who does not party late or let people sleep over without roommate’s communication. When:
Room will be available as soon as August for either a -month lease. We would ideally like to have a new roommate no later than September th, but are open to discussing a later date if need be.
