Room for rent in beautiful house

I’m a gay man (he/him) with two sweet Boston Terriers with 1 room available in my home. I am a very mellow, quiet, tidy and work oriented professional that works from home. Another bedroom is currently occupied by another gay man, professional, quiet and respectful. I’m seeking a LGBT friendly person with a similar desire to live in a safe, clean, peaceful, drama free environment.
Emphasis will be on finding the right person / compatibility.
I’m looking to sublet 1 private bedroom; (large w/closet) with big windows and high ceilings, with a small amount of additional indoor storage, and access to a detached garage with room for a bike/scooter. The laundry room, dining room and kitchen (with breakfast nook) is shared, with available dishes, silverware, cookware and utensils to use. The 1 bathroom is also shared, is always super clean and tidy, and we are both very flexible about accommodating shower times. The small deck and yard are great places to hang out in on sunny days. The rest of the house is predominately occupied by myself, but the dogs and I are happy to have occasional company to hang out with or watch shows.

Location: Mount Baker neighborhood, walking distance to Lake Washington, grocery store, parks
Parking: Plenty of free, street parking in front of house
Transportation: minute walk to Mount Baker light rail station, ten minute drive to freeways

Rent: $ monthly + utilities (averages about $ mo.)
Utilities include: electricity, water, gas (heat), trash/recycle and wifi
Sublet agreement will be provided for month-to-month rental
1 Year minimum commitment preferred

- No smoking, no illegal drugs ( tolerance)
- No additional pets
- Low fragrance space (due to allergies, asthma)
- Not accessible (stairs to front door, to laundry room)
