July 1st Brooklyn, NY move in

Looking for a spot for minimum 1 year but it would but nice if it was a spot for longer. I'm thinking of going out of town next summer so having a place that I could maybe Sublet would be nice.

I don't have a lot of free time to visit apartments with work but I would like to help where I can and I certainly can search online.

I'm a filmmaker and like movies, I like having friends over every so often but I don't have raging parties. It would be nice to have a nice sized living room.
