I'm looking for 1 Male for my vintage trailer. All utilities are included, including house cleaning of common areas, pool man, Wifi, and gardener, and the space is furnished
I only want a roommate who works a regular M-F type day job as I am retired, although I am very active. Ideally, someone who only has their clothes as the house/space is fully furnished. I've owned my home for years.

You would be sharing my home with me and another renter as well. I have a bath home. I've owned my home for years. I am looking for an Active, professional male roommate who works a regular M-F full-time 8-hour day job. The street sweeper comes at 7 am. on Tuesdays, so you would need to be gone on that day/time frame.
The rent is $. a month plus $ . Deposit for the room, proof of income, and bank statements will be required along with a rental agreement and a valid ID.
Your rent includes: All utilities including water, trash, gardener, Wifi, pool man, gas, electric, ALL furnishings including pillows, and kitchen stuff,(lite kitchen use) paper goods, and cleaning of common areas. The space has a bed and a small dining table and a desk ac and heat.. . I have one indoor cat, If you are allergic or don't like cats, please don't inquire.
My area is very safe and is a highly desirable area. My back gate opens up the nature trail and riverbed a straight shot to Seal Beach 7 miles away. There is lots of street parking and tree-lined streets. Unfortunately, no guests are allowed. There is limited storage (other than your room), so ideally, someone with just their clothes, as I already have everything for you to use!
