I have a non-furnished room available in a beautiful bedroom bath with sq.ft. This bedroom is on the top floor and goes for $. There is shared bathroom on the top floor (there is another bathroom on the 2nd floor). There is one extra parking spot (additional $) in the garage and then there is street parking (always a place to park). Utilities are split and are electric, gas and trash/recycling.This room will be available around the 2nd week of December.
