Hello! I’m really new to this. I’ll be transparent, I haven’t had a roommate since college. I’m currently going through a divorce. I thought to shake things up and do something a bit out of my wheelhouse. I have a very comfortable house and I’m looking for a very clean, tidy, fun roommate that is OK with dogs. My home is exactly located across the street from the Whitewater center so if you’re into hiking, zip lining having beers listening to live music or have dogs yourself that are friendly. We could be a good match. I have a fenced backyard that has no neighbors in the back of it so it is very beautiful and you get to see sunsets and all that good stuff and we have a fire pit and a barbecue pit and a garden area if you want to plant some things when the weather gets warmer as long as you contribute. I’m a very laid-back person. I’m a down to earth person that likes to be outdoors and have a good time and just enjoys good company if it presents its self. I’m going to list a large room that comes with a full bath for $ per month with Internet speeds over mps. I have a two car garage, however, at Max only a large SUV could fit in the garage which I do not use because I have a pick up truck. All utilities are included in that price!
