Each available room is approximately 10' x 10' and has its own private bathroom The house also has a rooftop deck, in-unit laundry, plenty of shared living space, and a tandem garage with a ton of storage with easy street parking too. Rent: $1,400 per month Utilities: Approximately $60 to $90 per month Available: December 1, with the possibility of moving in a few days earlier Parking: Street parking, Garage shared (spots) Storage: Plenty of storage space in the tandem garage I currently live in the third bedroom and am looking for two clean, respectful, and reliable roommates who would be a good fit for the house.
