Rent: $1,250 (furnished room if needed) Bills: $100-$135 depending on usage (your portion of Electric, Water, Gas, Internet and Rental Insurance) Move In: November 1st My partner and I are looking for someone to fill the upstairs room in our home in the Nations. This person will have a large room and full private bathroom and can use the guest room for additional storage or lounge space. We have extra furniture and a bed to furnish the room if needed.
