Hi, I’m Steve, a 68-year-old semi-retired homeowner and dog lover looking for a responsible housemate or couple to share my welcoming home in Vancouver, WA. The room is available October 11 for $1,150 per month. This is an opportunity to make yourself at home, with shared use of the kitchen, living areas, laundry, and private backyard with a hot tub. I want someone who enjoys a comfortable home and takes pride in helping keep it clean, cared for, and inviting. I travel frequently, sometimes for extended periods, so the ideal housemate is dependable and comfortable looking after the home while I’m away. We would discuss and agree on any specific responsibilities beforehand. You’ll have room to settle in and enjoy the space, with mutual respect for privacy and personal boundaries. Dogs are an important part of life here. I have two of my own and also provide dog boarding, so you must enjoy being around dogs. A dog of your own is welcome if compatible with mine; no cats, please. A good fit must be:

• Naturism friendly Naturism means occasional clothing-optional relaxation in the private backyard and hot tub. Participation is entirely optional, but you must be comfortable with that environment.
