This is a room rental only—not a dating opportunity, friendship arrangement, or invitation for anything other than a respectful landlord/roommate relationship. Two room options may be available: • Back bedroom with a private small deck
• Larger front-facing bedroom Rent is $950 per month and includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and shared common areas. I expect you to clean up after yourself, respect the home, and be a considerate, responsible adult. I have tolerance for inappropriate behavior, flirting, pressure, disrespect, drama, or B.S. All potential renters must speak with me by phone before scheduling a showing. Showings are by appointment only—no unexpected drop-ins.
