Hi, my name is Zach. I am a 30-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Lancaster. The monthly rent is $800 and the room is available immediately upon application and approval. The house is located on the outer edge of the city behind the Topline Heating and Air in a fairly quiet neighborhood. -street parking available -in unit wash/dryer -dishwasher -your own dedicated cabinets/kitchen storage -each room comes with a window unit to assist the main AC in summer months. *Approved & Accepted Applicant Must provide Proof Of Income (2.5X the monthly rent) & Credit Scored Identification I work split shifts; early morning and afternoon/evening. I am quiet and live a low key life. There is one cat living in the house (potentially a 2nd in the future) so if you are allergic to animals or don’t like pets, this probably won’t work for you. The expectation is that you are professional, respectful and do your part to maintain a clean and organized house.
