We are searching for a professional and mature person that could enjoy a quiet life in a peaceful home.
No social gatherings, no entry for couples or visitors, nor parties will be allowed during the stay; as a courtesy for other residents and their working schedules.
The property is safely guarded by an alarm system linked to cameras on entrances and shared spaces. And each room has its own electronic keypad to allow a mutual peace of mind during the stay.
