Private furnished room with your own private bathroom available in a clean and comfortable townhouse in the Eastlake/Chula Vista area. The room is upstairs, so it offers a nice amount of privacy. The home is in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, freeways, and public transportation. Rent is $1,200/month and includes utilities. You’ll also have access to the kitchen and laundry. Parking is available. I’m looking for a clean, responsible, respectful female roommate who is easygoing and considerate. I keep a peaceful home, so this would be a great fit for someone who works, goes to school, or simply wants a quiet and comfortable place to live. I do have two small, friendly dogs in the home, so you should be comfortable around pets. No smoking and no parties.
