About a 10-minute walk to the UP airport express and within walking distance of many of the city's best restaurants, bars, vintage shopping as well as galleries and the other hottest downtown neighbourhoods. My roommate will live in a fully furnished, private bedroom and have a private bathroom. It boasts marble walls, a new bathtub and shower and heated floors. The monthly rent is $1450 USD ($2000 CAD) all inclusive of utilities, WIFI, TV streaming, linens, even some toiletries and food. The room is available Nov. 3.
