Beskrivning

Available for a month-to-month lease starting immediately. Looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate to share a peaceful apartment located at 425 N. Columbia Center Blvd.
The Space:

Rent & Financials:
• Monthly Rent: $900/month.

• Utilities: Electric (PUD) and high-speed internet are split 50/50.
Household Rules:
• No Smoking / No Vaping: Strictly a smoke-free environment.
• No Additional Pets: There are already two resident cats living here who rule the roost, so no other animals can be brought in.
• Shared Responsibilities: Looking for someone willing to split the cost of household essentials (trash bags, soap, paper towels) and keep up with a light, shared chore routine to maintain our clean and peaceful home environment.
If you are looking for a quiet, cozy place to call home, please send a message with a little bit about yourself, your daily routine, and your desired move-in date!
