Appreciate considerate, outgoing, hardworking people. Prefer tenants who are working or going to school outside the house. I have a cat and not accepting pets in this room. I may also rent my attic room, so there may be a third person.

Parking is on street. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. You must have a job and work outside the house. Available 9/13. Just pass a criminal background check, pay rent, move.
