Small bathroom with shower/tub, clean but small.
Nice kitchen with new appliances and sweet view of garden and courtyard, plenty of plates and pots and pans.
Street parking if you're lucky.
5 min walk to hip Franklin St and less hip Manhattan Ave, 10 min walk to G train, 15 min walk to Bedford L train. Bathroom is next to your room and shared.
Utilities included within reason. Existing tenants 49 yo female and 64 yo male, there separately and not every day. Looking for 35+ female roommate only, no work from home (Friday ok).
Couch in LR stays, not a lot of room for large furniture.
10lb poodle has run of house on weekends. Mature and respectful please, no smoking (occasional ok).
Existing tenants are vegetarian and liberal, please not a lot of meat cooking or red hats, unless designer. Existing F tenant has been yoga teacher and spiritual healer, so prefer chill, self-aware person.
