You will share bath in bathroom with Gordon who has his own halfbath.
Parking in carport...The room comes with one twin bed, desk,chair,lamp,trunk. Huge closet.
You might reconfigure the room and furniture at your likings.
Laundry in building. This is a drama free, sunny quiet appt with a terrace and a balcony.
Nice, stable environment.
We are looking for a mature stable professionnal.6 months minimum.
8 minutes to downtown Santa Monica.25 minutes walk. 5 mn walk to Colorado center offices and Watergarden complex..
8m1nutes walk to the Metro and Ralph's.
9mn drive to the beach, 10mn Santa Monica college.
