About Me: Hi! I’m a single, 53-year-old working professional looking for a comfortable, peaceful room to call home. I work Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM in Midtown Manhattan, and I’m also looking to take on a second, part-time remote position that I can work from home. I’ll also be starting school this coming spring. I’m friendly, clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful of other people’s space and privacy. I don’t smoke or party, and I appreciate a home environment that is peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming. Most of my time is spent working and focusing on my personal and professional goals. I’m looking to share with female housemates only, ideally women who are also respectful, clean, and easygoing. I’m considerate of shared spaces and believe in treating someone’s home with the same care and respect, I would want in return. I’m looking forward to finding a great place with the right fit! 😊
