📅 12-month lease required 🐾 I also have two friendly, neutered male cats, so the ideal roommate will be comfortable living with cats. Unfortunately, I’m not able to accommodate additional pets. The apartment has plenty of amenities to make everyday life comfortable and convenient! There’s a pool and spa/hot tub, plus a 24-hour gym for working out whenever you want. The community also has Amazon lockers for secure package deliveries and parking available for residents. The apartment itself has in-unit laundry, so no trips to a shared laundry room, as well as a private patio/balcony for some extra outdoor space. Overall, it’s a comfortable place with a lot of great amenities right at home! I’m looking for someone who is employed, financially responsible, clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. This is a home, not a party house, so I’d love to find someone who appreciates a peaceful and comfortable living environment.
