Hi! My current roommate is moving out of our 2b1b apartment and I am looking for a young professional or grad student to take their place until our lease ends July 2027. We are located at Jefferson Ridge Apartments, and rent is 1,085 (plus monthly energy). The tentative date for move in would be at the start of October, but it will be available the week before.
