As a walkable, transit-oriented NY native, I’m looking for a respectful, inclusive, and communicative home with compatible roommates. About My Lifestyle: Vibe: Clean, quiet, and open-minded. I love board games, drag, musical theater, and food adventures. Routine: I work a split shift that starts early in the morning and can run into the mid-evening. Guests: I live alone, friends may visit for occasional overnights. My Housing Requirements: A private bedroom with enough space for a proper desk setup.
