The room is shared with one roommate (two people in room) the other roommate is in living room If you have a car, then there is a $75 carport designated spot for a car which the price is shared, and a $25-50 for the carport device for the gate which is separate. The area is great and nearly everything is within walking distance. A Target is across the street, multiple restaurants surrounding the area, Best Buy, Burlington, Dollar Tree, and much more! Truly an area of convenience. It is roughly 15 mins away of a drive from CSUF! There is a process for adding your name in the lease, which I will provide more information about, which includes a $45 application fee. And on move-in date, deposit and entire rent is due.
