We are two women looking for a third roommate for our 3 bed / 2 bath 1912 Craftsman house in Pasadena. The available room is large and has an attached closet. You would share a bathroom with one other roommate. Move-in available October 1st.
Rent is $1,200/month + utilities. Deposit required. We’re looking for someone who is serious about the space and interested in a long-term stay. The landlord will conduct a soft credit check, so good credit is required. - Large private bedroom with attached closet

We appreciate someone who respects privacy and personal space while also being comfortable with the normal small talk and interaction that comes with sharing a home. The room is furnished in the photos but will be empty upon move-in. Photos include the kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room, shared bathroom and parlor.
