Spacious, bright 16x12 bedroom with walk-in closet and private full bathroom available for rent in my 3 bed 2.5 bath rental townhome located in Salmon Creek, Vancouver, WA right off both 15 and 205, minutes from Portland. I’m 20 minutes or less from NE, 25 minutes from SE. The house: driveway parking, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central AC/heat, front porch, front yard, backyard with patio, firepit, and a big shady tree, garage fridge, super nice grill, electric fireplace, 75 inch flat screen TV, 2 car garage with room to store your seasonal gear. The neighborhood is quiet with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, walking trails, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Trader Joe’s mere minutes away. Rent is $900/month plus half of utilities ($100-200/month per person including wifi. 1 year lease with an option to renew. $75 application fee, 600 credit score minimum, deposit is $667.50. I have a 10 year old mini Aussie named Atticus who is an absolute love baby; other dogs are a case by case basis. I’m allergic to cats, unfortunately. I work full time Monday-Friday in SE Portland as an RN mid level manager. I’m clean and tidy, kind, and sociable. I like to have friends over from time to time and am dating so I may have an overnight guest at times that I’d always give you a heads up about. I’m hoping we can be friends. 😊 I’m recently divorced and rebuilding my community. I’m a mix of a homebody and an extrovert, have a touch of the ‘tism, and am usually out and about socializing on the weekends. What I’m looking for in a roommate: Female or AFAB preferred, LGBTQIA friendly, around age 26-40. Employed. Likes dogs. Clean, respectful, and values compassionate and open communication. I’m a creative girly and freelance classically trained vocalist so plus if you enjoy karaoke or are a musician! 420 friendly (outside) but no cigarettes, please. I can’t wait to meet you, roomie! 😃
