Hi! I’m a professional female looking for a private room in Hollywood or Beverly Hills only. I’m clean, quiet, respectful, responsible, and easy to get along with. I work in modeling and acting and have a flexible schedule. I don’t smoke, I’m not a party person, and I always keep my room and shared spaces clean. I’m looking for a safe, clean, and peaceful home with respectful roommates. I have a car, so parking or convenient street parking would be a plus. I prefer a private bedroom with access to a clean bathroom and kitchen. Furnished or unfurnished is fine. I’m only considering Hollywood or Beverly Hills.
