It is walking distance from the train station so easy to get around Denver It is a pretty quiet neighborhood I haven’t had any issues with apartment. There is 24/7 security Rent is $1335 not including utilities Utilities is roughly $170 depending on usage (this is also including parking in a secured building provided by apartments, if you have a car) Security deposit is already included so no need to worry about that. The lease ends February 27th after that you’re more than welcome to resign lease Requirements -must make 2x rent -must be able to pass background check The location of the apartments is near a Texas Roadhouse, an amazing pho/ sushi restaurant,a coffee shop, liquor store and many more.
