I have a master bedroom with its own private bathroom available for rent in a pool home in Lancaster. * This is the master bedroom with its own bathroom

* Driveway parking available
* All utilities included There are currently two males living in the home, both in their 30s. They both work, are respectful, quiet, and pretty chill. They’re not into partying, and one of them is almost never home. A nurse previously rented the available room but recently moved out. I’m preferably looking for a male tenant since there are already two males in the home. However, a female tenant is welcome if she is comfortable living with two male roommates. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, quiet, and employed. No couples
No dogs
