975 a month, wifi covered, electric split. 1000 deposit. Three months to start, month-to-month after that. Comes near-empty, or I can put a bed in it.
Laundry in the building, A/C. Walk to the A at 175th and to the GWB bus terminal, Med center, Fort Tryon.
Best fit: someone who works, who is tidy and likes a quiet apartment. No smokers and no pets, sorry.
