Street parking available. Garage parking available at an additional cost. Monthly rent includes all utilities, high speed WiFi, toilet paper and hand soap. We are located between the Union Valley/Clark Ave freeway exits, close to Chevron gas, Grocery Outlet, and other stores. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and friendly. -No smoking of any kind
