We are looking for another guest our last was successful he had a baby and had to move on. 850 a month with a 400$ deposit. Deposit is only for non minor damage. Plenty of street parking always available We have no houses in front of our block. The monthly also covers the bills wifi,water, electric. We provide a second fridge in garage for food and the kitchen to be shared lets all keep it clean. Laundry is upstairs and is best to set a date with our laundry dates to make life smoother. Its a family of 4.
