I'm a Natural Health Doctor in Honesdale Pennsylvania. I have four rooms available in my townhouse which is my home and office location. Looking to find a good tenant who appreciates natural health and nutrition and is well mannered kind and would be a good tenant for four rooms that I have available. I can rent out all four rooms or a single tenant could rent one single room for 450.00 instead of the $650 rate. I'm a doctor and I believe in charity and giving back to my community and I deliberately have my rental price discounted as my way of being charitable and assisting a tenant who could benefit from receiving a discount on a great rental property that is typically priced over $1,000 per month. Especially since this is Honesdale Pennsylvania near the Poconos a prime location known for its beautiful countryside Also because I'm a handicapped disabled doctor Medicaid will pay $2,000 to $3,000 per month for any tenant who wishes to assist me with cooking cleaning doing the dishes keeping the house tidy and organizing since I'm a disabled individual any tenant who assists me will receive payment somewhere between $2,000 to $3,000 per month from Medicaid. Receiving payments from Medicaid takes about 5 months for those checks to start to process so I'm looking for a long-term tenant who can join my home and doctor's office. It's a peaceful quiet and kind neighborhood and I'm looking for a great tenant to join my doctor's office in my home environment assisting me as a handicapped disabled person is optional and not needed if you do not wish to take advantage of a potential job for Medicaid and you an extra few thousand dollars per month but that is optional for anyone who's interested
