Two rooms available for rent September/October. Private bathroom and office or leisure space. All three rooms have recessed closet space, upgraded windows, thoughtfully placed outlets, and recessed ventilation for A/C and heat. Original hardwood flooring and central HVAC system, laundry area in basement, fenced backyard, and attached two-car garage. We would share the common areas as the kitchen, three seasons porch, living room and laundry room. Otherwise I would be staying in the downstairs bedroom to elevate your privacy needs. I have a 10 year old coon hound that is very friendly and well socialized with kids and well socialized cats. There are no cases of food aggression and has never bitten another person. He is fully vaccinated and has a to a self-serve dog wash that I do every two weeks. Ideally, I’d like to rent a room to someone that wants to have an experience, outside of apartment life. I don’t miss it. I’m offering peace in a family oriented environment for a smaller. You’ll have a yard, a space to park, have a bonfire and get to watch the actual birds.
