It is located on the second floor and includes a large closet and private balcony overlooking the quiet backyard. The bathroom is shared with one other housemate. The house also includes washer and dryer, large gourmet kitchen with and coffee bar, and an enclosed patio. Fixed $100 utility fee covers electricity, water, gas, cable/internet PLUS professional house cleaning every two weeks. Street parking available. The other two roommates are professionals (male, 20s/30s) who are both clean, respectful, and quiet. Both work during the day, and one is also completing a masters program, so the house tends to be quiet during the week. Looking for a third roommate who is considerate, clean, and easy to live with.
