Hi everyone. Calling for the girls! Looking for someone to take over my lease. End of September early October. Earlier may be available, depends how fast my transfer moves. This is located right of the brownsboro exit at Prospect Park Apartments. These are images of your kitchen and living area, really nice balcony, your personal bathroom, and bedroom. Lease is $804 a month, all utilities are with rent other than electricity, that comes out to $60 average for your half. There is a washer and dryer in unit. And any problems I’ve faced with thing breaking leaking etc. has been fixed within 2 days!! This community has seriously been a dream. Tarc is close. Kroger and CVS are literally your neighbors. All your needs are walkable! My roommate Carrie is the sweetest, I am happy to have yall meet and you tour the place! Apartment is pet friendly. Carrie asks no dogs however, after living with her for 9 months I can say she has been an angle about many things. Mostly me having my boyfriend over often. Vaping is fine. All other smoking is a no thanks. Please reachout asap if you are interested!
